Cleaner document workflows with less repetitive work.

FilePackR is scanned paperwork automation software that turns mixed stacks of paper into organized, workflow-ready PDF files. After users scan documents from a desktop scanner, FilePackR uses OCR, customizable rules, and review queues to identify each document, split or combine pages when needed, name the files, route them to the correct destination, and flag anything that needs review. This can save companies hundreds of hours in manual labor.

Migrating a 20,000-SKU catalog to Shopify, with a custom configurator Shopify wasn't built for.

A computer hardware distributor needed to move its entire storefront off Magento onto Shopify. A straight migration would have worked for a typical catalog, but this business let customers configure a custom-built server or PC piece by piece before ordering, a workflow Shopify's standard product model doesn't support out of the box.

Migrated the full catalog of over 20,000 SKUs along with existing payment processing and inventory integrations, preserving SEO rankings through the platform change, and built a custom configuration system on top of Shopify's standard architecture so customers could keep "configuring to order" as they always had.

Turning fragmented compliance data into a single audit-ready report.

A regional home healthcare provider needed to produce quarterly compliance reports pulling from electronic visit verification (EVV) data, participant records, and several separate operational logs, previously a manual reconciliation process repeated by hand every quarter.

Built a consolidated reporting workbook that integrates EVV data, participant demographics and health-condition tracking, discharge and transportation logs, and a financial summary into one system, with automated formulas replacing manual cross-referencing and a structured attestation process for audit readiness.

A home healthcare operation running across multiple states needed clearer visibility into visit-level data by territory and by client, with reconciliation in place to catch discrepancies before they became compliance issues.

Built a comparison workbook that processes raw visit data into weekly territory and client-level views, with dedicated reconciliation logic and state-specific reporting, surfacing exceptions instead of requiring manual review of every record.
